직무급 도입 공공기관 35→55곳…내년 100곳으로 확대

한국의 기획재정부는 최근 공공기관에서 직무급을 도입하는 방안을 추진하고 있다. 이번 2022년도의 직무급 도입 점검 결과에 따르면, 대부분의 공공기관들이 직무분석 등을 이행하여 직무급 도입의 필요성을 인식하고 있음을 확인했다. 이는 공공기관에서 열심히 일하는 공무원들의 노고를 인정하고 보상하는 시스템을 구축하는 것이며, 공무원들의 동기 부여와 업무 효율성 증대를 위한 조치이다. 이번 점검에서 좋은 성과를 보인 기관에는 내년도 직무급 재원으로 활용할 수 있는 인센티브가 주어지며, 앞으로는 많은 공공기관이 직무급을 도입할 수 있도록 유도할 예정이다. 기재부는 이에 따라 2024년까지 100개, 2027년까지 200개 이상의 공공기관이 직무급을 도입하도록 지원할 계획이다. 이러한 직무급 도입은 공공기관내의 업무 환경 개선과 건강한 조직문화 정착에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 공무원들의 업무별 역량을 적절히 인식하며, 인사평가와 보상체계의 공정성과 투명성을 높일 수 있는 긍정적인 변화를 이끌어낼 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 변화는 개개인과 조직 전반에 긍정적인 효과를 불러일으킬 것으로 기대된다.

서울대 등 21개교, 수능 전형에 학폭 이력 반영한다

한국 내 147개 대학교 중 서울대학교와 고려대학교 등 21개의 우수 대학교는 2025년부터 학교 폭력 대책을 입학 과정에 반영하기로 결정했습니다. 전국 196개 회원 대학교가 제출한 2025학년도 입시 계획은 대학교육협의회에서 발표되었습니다. 학생 인구 감소로 학생 인원이 감소될 것으로 예상되며 조기 입학생 비율은 증가하되 총 학생 인원은 감소할 것입니다. 학교 폭력 대책이 입시 과정에서 고려되는 것은 긍정적인 신호로 평가됩니다.

21 outstanding universities in Korea, including Seoul National University and Korea University, have decided to incorporate anti-school violence measures into the admission process starting from 2025, out of 147 universities in Korea. The 2025 admission plans submitted by 196 member universities across the country were announced by the Korea Council for University Education. Due to a decrease in the student population, the total number of students is expected to decrease while the proportion of early admission students is expected to increase. The incorporation of anti-school violence measures into the admission process is positively evaluated as a good signal.

 

부산·경기에 5대 폭력 ‘통합솔루션지원단’ 첫 설치

최근 여성가족부는 "5대 폭력 피해자 보호·지원 강화"를 국정과제로 선언하고, 부산과 경기에서 복합적인 폭력 피해에서 피해자 지원을 맞춤형으로 통합하는 '통합솔루션지원단'을 운영하기로 결정했습니다. 이를 위해 시범사업 수행기관으로 한국여성인권진흥원이 지정되었으며, 준비기간을 거쳐 다음 달 중순부터 여성긴급전화1366 부산센터 및 경기센터에 여성폭력 피해 통합사례관리 역량을 갖춘 전담인력이 배치될 예정입니다. 이 시범사업은 5대 폭력 피해자 보호·지원 강화의 일환으로 권력형성범죄, 디지털성범죄, 가정폭력, 교제폭력, 스토킹범죄 등 5대 폭력 복합피해자의 사각지대를 해소하고, 피해자에게 맞춤형 통합 해결 서비스를 제공할 계획입니다. 이러한 노력은 범죄 피해자에게 빈틈없는 지원을 제공하는 데에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 예상됩니다. 더 나아가, 안전하고 건강한 사회를 구현하는 데에도 기여할 것으로 기대됩니다.

Recently, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family declared "strengthening protection and support for 5 major violence victims" as a national task, and decided to operate a "Integrated Solution Support Team" in Busan and Gyeonggi to provide tailored support for victims of complex violence. The Korean Women's Development Institute was designated as the pilot project implementing agency, and after a preparation period, dedicated personnel with the capacity to manage integrated solutions for victims of violence will be deployed to the Women's Emergency Phone 1366 centers in Busan and Gyeonggi starting in mid-next month. As part of the efforts to strengthen protection and support for victims of the 5 major violence types (power-based crimes, digital crimes, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking crimes), this pilot project aims to eliminate blind spots for victims of complex violence and provide them with tailored integrated service solutions. It is expected that such efforts will play a significant role in providing seamless support for victims of crime and contribute to realizing a safe and healthy society.
