‘근로·자녀장려금’ 이달 말까지 신청…310만 명 대상

국세청에서는 작년에 근로, 사업, 종교인 소득이 있는 310만 가구에 대해 근로자녀장려금 정기신청 안내문을 발송할 예정입니다. 근로자녀장려금은 국가에서 근로자들을 지원하는 세제적 혜택으로, 매년 1월부터 31일까지 신청을 받으며, 지급요건 심사를 거친 후 8월 말에 지급됩니다. 기간 내에 신청하지 못할 경우 지급 금액이 10% 감소되니 꼭 기한 내에 신청해야 합니다. 가구 구성원에 따라 단독, 홑벌이, 맞벌이 가구로 구분되며, 금융재산을 제외한 재산이 2억 4000만 원 미만인 가구가 대출 등 광고성 문자에 대한 사기전화를 방지하기 위해 국세청 발신번호로만 문자 내용에 '근로장려금 ', '자녀장려금' 등의 문구가 포함되더라도 수신이 차단되게 되었습니다. 또한, 급여액 등이 300만 원 미만인 홑벌이 가구에서는 신청자와 배우자의 총급여액이 300만 원 미만, 연간 소득금액이 100만 원 이하인 가구를 맞벌이 가구로 구분합니다. 더 자세한 문의는 국세청의 복지세정관리단 장려세제과 및 정보화관리관 홈택스2담당관에게 하시면 됩니다. 이는 국민들의 긍정적인 반응을 얻으며, 국가의 소득보장 및 근로자 지원에 큰 도움이 될 것입니다.

In addition, for one-earner households with salary income below KRW 3 million, the combined salary of the applicant and spouse must be below KRW 3 million, and the annual income must be KRW 10 million or less for dual-earner households. 특산품 공장 세워 지방소멸 대응…지자체 16곳에 800억원 투입

최근에 행안부와 중소벤처기업부가 지방소멸 대응을 위한 지역기업 혁신 공모사업을 진행했는데, 이 공모사업에서 충북 괴산군을 포함한 16개 지자체에서 13개의 과제가 최종 선정되었습니다. 이번 공모사업은 지방소멸에 대응하기 위해 행안부와 중소벤처기업부가 협력하여 진행한 것으로, 선정된 지자체들은 행안부의 지방소멸 대응기금과 중기부의 기업지원사업 등의 지원을 받게 됩니다. 전체 예산은 800억원이며, 이에 대한 기술 컨설팅은 중기부에서 제공할 예정입니다. 또한 지난 4월에 진행된 공모사업의 예비 선발과정에서 선정된 7개 지자체에 대해서도 추가적인 지원이 이뤄지며, 이에 따라 경제 발전을 위한 업무협약(MOU)도 이달 말에 체결될 예정입니다. 이번 공모사업을 통해 중소기업이나 지역기업 등의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 큰 도움이 되고, 지방소멸 대응에도 긍정적인 영향을 끼치리라 생각됩니다.

1주택자 재산세 부담 완화…가구당 평균 7만 2000원 감소

한국 행정안전부는 최근 1주택자 재산세 부담을 완화하기 위한 조치를 발표하였다. 이는 지난해에 이어 이번에도 공시가격비율을 낮추는 조치를 시행하게 되었다. 이에 따라서 공시가격 3억 이하는 43%, 3억 초과 6억 이하는 44%, 6억 초과는 지난해와 동일하게 45%로 적용될 예정이다. 이를 통해 1주택자 세부담도 2020년 대비 29.3%-42.6%, 2022년 대비 8.9%-47%로 감소할 것으로 예상되며, 이는 서민 주거 안정을 지원하여 경제 어려움을 덜어줄 것으로 보인다. 새로 발표된 공정시장가액비율은 7월부터 적용되며, 서민 주거안정에 대한 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상된다.
