튀르키예한국문화원, 23개국 대사관과 어린이날 문화축제 개최

5월 5일은 국제 어린이날로, 이를 기념하여 전 세계 23개국의 대사관들이 참여한 글로벌 문화축제가 튀르키예에서 개최되었습니다. 이번 문화축제에서는 튀르키예 지역 어린이들에게 23개국의 문화를 소개하기 위해 다양한 체험 프로그램이 준비되었습니다. 각국 대사관들과 함께 유치원생들은 전통 공연을 관람하며 다양한 전통문화를 배우고, 체험하면서 문화 교류에 참여하였습니다. 이번 문화축제에서는 한국 문화 원장을 비롯하여 참가자들로부터 호평을 받았다는 소식이 전해졌습니다. 특히, 각국의 전통문화와 체험프로그램을 통해 어린이들은 문화교류에 참여하며 새로운 경험과 지식을 얻을 수 있었습니다. 예컨대 한복 입어보기 체험, 김밥 말기 체험, 전통문화상자 및 태극기 색칠하기 등이 그 예시입니다. 이번 문화축제는 어린이들을 비롯한 참여자들로부터 긍정적인 감정을 불러일으키며, 다양한 문화를 체험할 수 있는 소중한 기회로 인식되었습니다. 앞으로도 다양한 문화교류 활동이 널리 이루어지길 기대합니다.

May 5th is International Children's Day, and a global cultural festival with the participation of embassies from 23 countries was held in Turkey to commemorate it. Along with embassy officials, kindergarten children experienced and learned diverse traditional cultures by watching traditional performances and participating in cultural exchange activities. Children were able to gain new experiences and knowledge through cultural exchange by experiencing various traditional cultures such as trying on Hanbok (traditional Korean clothing), making kimbap (Korean food), and coloring traditional cultural items like a traditional culture box and Taekwondo flag. 어린이·노인·장애인 보호구역에 ‘정당현수막’ 설치 금지

한국 정부는 최근 정당 현수막으로 인한 안전사고를 예방하기 위한 가이드라인을 발표하였다. 이에 따라 어린이, 노인, 장애인 보호구역에는 정당현수막 설치가 금지되며, 높이 역시 2m 이하로 제한된다. 또한, 정당 외의 단체명이나 당원협의회장이 아닌 일반 당원 이름이 표기된 현수막은 정당활동 현수막이 아니라고 보고 설치가 금지될 예정이다. 위반 현수막은 해당 자치단체에서 철거할 것이다. 이번 가이드라인은 정당 활동과 쾌적한 생활환경 조화를 위해 필요한 조치라고 볼 수 있다. 다만, 이를 위해서는 정당과 지자체의 적극적인 협력이 필요하며, 지방자치단체, 선거관리위원회, 당의 의견 수렴 등으로 충분한 공감대 형성이 필요하다. 그러나 이러한 노력들이 충분히 이루어졌을 때, 이번 가이드라인은 긍정적인 조치로 작용할 것이다.

The Korean government recently released guidelines to prevent accidents related to political party banners. According to the guidelines, political party banners are prohibited from being installed in areas designated as protection zones for children, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The height limit for banners is also set at 2 meters or lower. In addition, banners with the names of individual party members instead of official party names or the name of the leader of a local party unit will be considered as not political and prohibited from being installed. Any violations will result in the local government removing the banner. These guidelines can be seen as a necessary measure to balance political activities and a pleasant living environment. However, active cooperation between political parties and local governments is necessary, along with forming sufficient understanding through the election management committee and collecting opinions from parties. “집무실 앞마당 어린이에 내주겠다” 용산시대 1호 약속 지켜

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has highlighted the issue of a lack of public spaces for children to play, promising to continue the development of the Yongsan Children's Garden. His comments were made at the opening ceremony of the garden, where around 200 invited children, their families, government officials, and members of the National Assembly were in attendance. The ceremony commemorated the transformation of the Yongsan Garrison, which was partially returned through the South Korea-U.S. Status of Forces Agreement, into the children's garden. After the ceremony, President Yoon and First Lady Kim Jung-sook participated in a water-well event to celebrate the opening of the garden's observatory hill.
